Dual Storage Safety Cabinet offers safe storage of both flammable and corrosive liquids within one single cabinet. A double wall partition with 1-1/2" (38mm) air space creates two 5-gallon (19 ltr) compartments to isolate contents. Each compartment door features a Sure-Grip handle for easy access and locks independently. Large warning labels (yellow for flammables, blue for corrosives) clearly identifies contents. Corrosive compartment includes removable poly sump liner that resists aggressive chemicals.

 

Cabinet meets OSHA and NFPA requirements, is finished with white epoxy paint for increased chemical resistance, and features a leaktight, 2(51mm) deep sump in each compartment to capture spills. It is Piggyback sized to fit atop a standard 30- or 45-gallon (114- or 170-ltr) Justrite cabinet, can be used singly on benchtop or stacked two-high, or could be wall mounted with optional wall hanger assembly.

 

Economical manual-close doors permit doors to open a full 180º. When pushed closed they will automatically self-latch.

 

This style self-indexes, self-latches and self-closes to automatically shut doors upon release. Mechanism is concealed in the top wall, maximizing available shelf space. Fusible links hold doors open during use. In the event of a fire, fusible links will melt at 165ºF (74ºC) to automatically close doors.
